Monitoring Results Indicator Bacteria
Faecal coliform counts during two different periods showed the criteria for primary contact recreation and secondary contact recreation were exceeded close to the outfall for the first period (December 1985 to March 1987) and were met at all sites, including the outfall site for the second period (November 1994 to January 1996). The reason for the difference between the two data sets was not determined. Biological
